"Ricky was very helpful. He took time to answer all my questions, there were a lot.lol. State Farm is more like a family then a business. Not much of that left in the world today. My family loves State Farm.💕 Revised 11/2/2024: Somehow my auto policy was changed and now there is an investigation to find out who did it. This error made my premium Go from $600 to $800. I had to pay it before anyone could look into my account and help me. I really hope they have it corrected by this next billing cycle. 😒😒😒 What a headache."

"Hey I had a truly great time with Jessica getting my renter's insurance. She is funny and efficient! She make the whole thing easy peasy! We made a payment to my car insurance and changed that to Auto payment plan. Then sorted the renter's insurance. She listened to my woes and laughed at my jokes all the while doing the job! Great!"

"James Buss State Farm has been such a blessing to our family! In a time where everything is automated and voice recorded, it’s been great to have live agents who I can be on a first name basis with.
