I can’t write everything I would like to..but I will say this..Ricky was the most concerned and genuine individual I ever talked to at this insurance company..not saying the others are bad..everyone I’ve talked to was nice and helpful..but Ricky! The way he easily broke it down for me to where I understood what he was explaining to me was just amazing! Easily understood..when I tell you I could tell he genuinely cared..and it showed all through our conversation..he even talked to me about life insurance that I didn’t even know they had..he was kind..generous..helpful..caring..and very knowledgeable of what his job insisted of..Ricky has put a smile on my face!
